Planning a proposal or a special gift? We respect your privacy. All Zyrelle Diamonds orders arrive in discreet, unbranded external packaging. The shipping label will not mention "Zyrelle Diamonds," "Jewelry," or "Diamonds" to ensure your surprise remains completely hidden until the moment you open the box.
Inside the discreet outer box, your item will be beautifully presented in our signature Zyrelle luxury presentation box, ready for the perfect moment.
Delivery Methods & Timeframes
Because many of our pieces are handcrafted or made-to-order, please note that Processing Time is separate from Shipping Time. The estimated dispatch date will be clearly displayed on the product page and in your order confirmation email.

Signature & Security Requirements
Due to the high value of our products, we strictly enforce the following delivery protocols to protect your purchase:
- Adult Signature Required: A signature from an adult (21+) is mandatory for all deliveries. We cannot drop off packages at the door or leave them unattended.
- No P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO: We cannot ship high-value items to Post Office boxes or military addresses for insurance reasons. A physical residential or business address is required.
- Hold at Location: If you are unable to be home to sign for your package, you can request to have your order securely held at a local FedEx facility for pickup at your convenience. You will need a valid government-issued ID to collect it.
International Shipping, Duties & Taxes
Zyrelle Diamonds ships globally to select countries. Please note that all international orders are subject to the customs regulations, duties, and taxes of the destination country.
Important: Import duties, VAT, and local taxes are not included in the checkout price. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and will be collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery. Customs processes may occasionally cause slight delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
Order Tracking
Once your order has passed our final quality inspection and is securely packaged, you will receive an email containing your FedEx tracking number. You can monitor the journey of your package in real-time through your Zyrelle Diamonds account or directly on the carrier's website.
